Rating Details
-
Worth the Price
Slightly above average. Resort type property with pool and restaurant. Priced within the mid-range.
-
Staff Performance
Friendly and hospitable-in the true Berber southern way. A little patience is required because, here, service does not run at the same frantic pace as it might in a Western hotel.
-
Location Quality
Strategic gold. Smack in the middle between high mountains and desert lowlands-right in town where all the roses gather.
-
Area
Right on a busy(and dusty)town street-but inner courtyards provide peace within.
-
Cleanliness
Mostly okay. Just because the carpets and curtains are old does not mean they look filthy but somehow that contributes to a general feeling of stuffiness in the room.
-
Breakfast
This is really where the place scores high marks. Half board dinner buffets-overflowing tables-lots varieties all dependable Moroccan home style cooking.
-
Bed Comfort
RLarge, traditional decor. TV’s and AC units-most amenities are as much bygone models.
-
Wi-Fi Quality
Don’t count on it for work in your room; make the lobby your internet café.
-
Interior Freshness
It’s colorful and ornate and very Moroccan. Great photos in the common areas.
-
Quietness Level
The pool-facing rooms are quiet and serene. Earplugs are required for street-facing rooms. Beds seem to be typically firm.
-
Long-Term Livability
Clearly meant as a one or two-night stop while touring through the valley rather than some long-term resort destination.
-
Parking Availability
You can safely park your vehicle inside the walls-a major stress reliever for road trippers.
