The hotel is located in the middle of Kelaat M'Gouna,within walking distance to all parts of town.Avenue Mohammed V brings you up to the main central roundabout with the famous 'Rose Statue'-symbol of the city-in just about five or ten minutes walk from here towards there.Lining both sides along this avenue leading into and out from town are dozens upon small shops selling what they all consider as liquid gold: Rose Water! Also available are rose soaps,dried rose buds,and cosmetic oils.There cannot be a better place within Morocco wherein these products can be bought at source prices.

You can also walk down to the bridge over M'Goun River where it is equally photogenic with a scene of green on the river valley against red earth banks; recommended late afternoon. Several local cafes and banks(with ATMs) are just 2-3 min walking distance from hotel gate so you can easily take care of any logistics. If your visit times with May's Rose Festival then entire town turns into a street party and this hotel lies right in middle of parade route.
